Welcome to North Star!
As an ICF Certified Life Coach and ICF Certified Grief Coach, I work with both adults and young adults, empowering them to identify their strengths, face their challenges, and develop their personal leadership style with passion, clarity, and purpose, all with the intent to move forward and reach their goals. It is an honor and privilege to help clients bring their vision to fruition, personally and professionally. Transformation begins with you. What’s your North Star?
Experienced Life Coach, Personal Leadership Coach, Productivity Coach, and Grief Recovery Coach with a demonstrated history of leadership in the corporate and non-profit world. Skilled in Life Coaching, Interpersonal Leadership, Spiritual Coaching, and Grief Recovery.
Life Coaching:
Adults: Whether clients are embarking on a new career, chapter, navigating parenthood, or re-feathering the empty nest, I empower each client to create and lead the life they envision instead of life leading them. I help clients get unstuck, move forward, identify their values, strengths, set boundaries, develop individual goals and create a workable plan for their next chapter.
Young Adults: High School, College, and beyond can be challenging! I empower my clients to be proactive, create habits to stay in control, and lead a life with the right structure and balance. They identify their values, strengths and establish a productive routine. We also brainstorm new jobs, internships, launch careers and overcome obstacles in this social media-frenzied world.
In Grief Recovery Coaching, I walk alongside each client, as they acknowledge and accept their personal loss, and then take action steps to move forward through their grief. There are over 40 life events that are most liable to create feelings of grief, and in turn, cause illness and other health-related problems. Sadly, unresolved grief can present as depression and anxiety. Whether clients want specialized grief coaching for a specific loss or if the feelings of grief evolve in a personal coaching session, I have the tools and resources to help adults and young adults move forward.
If grieving the loss of a loved one, together we will:
Accept the fragility of life and the reality of death, honoring the life, and continue the legacy of your loved one.
Begin blending old routines, habits, and traditions with newer ones to create a renewed awareness of self.
Accept the continuance of your own life and take action to embrace your future.
